Will I get an immediate confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, your reservation will be confirmed immediately if you have selected a service marked as "Available" (or "Confirmation: Immediate"). More than 90 % of the hotels, transfers and sightseeing tours in our system are immediately available. Services marked as "On Request" in most of the cases will be confirmed or denied within 48 hours after sending the booking request. Some specific tours or activities "On Request", especially those depending on the weather forecast are to be confirmed later and only closer to the service date.

 

When will I receive the voucher for my booking?
The voucher for your booking will be sent to your e-mail automatically as soon as the payment of the booking is approved.

 

How to pay for my reservation?
You can pay for your bookings in two ways: by a credit/debit card or with a bank transfer. Can I pay bookings for various services by one transaction?
Yes, you can. In the reservation form after the hotel booking details, there are additional fields, so that you can add more services. You can send them together as one booking that include hotel accomodation, transfers and sightseeing tours. After that you can pay all of these services with only one transaction.

 

I have not received a confirmation e-mail for my bookings?
The reasons for not receiving a confirmation e-mail may be several:
- An unsuccessfully made reservation. Are you sure you have seen the message: "Your booking request has been sent successfully"?
- A wrong e-mail address (in this case please login to My Bookings and check if you have entered the correct email address)
- An unsuccessfully sent booking request due to poor internet connection
If you are sure that you have entered a correct e-mail address and you have sent your reservation successfully, but you have not received an e-mail, please be sure to contact us at: sales@touristika.bg

 

how to check if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have made a booking, you will receive an e-mail automatically and you can immediately check your booking status from the link in the message.

 

If I select a service that is On Request, how long I will wait for a confirmation?
In most of the cases you can expect that the services marked On Request  will be confirmed or refused within 48 hours after your booking request has been sent. While some specific tours or activities "On Request", especially those depending on the weather forecast are to be confirmed later and only closer to the service date. Every time the status of your booking is changed, a mеssage to your e-mail will be sent automatically.

 

How long i‘m able to keep a confirmed reservation before I pay for it?
The reservation is guaranteed for up to 24 hours after its confirmation. If after these 24 hours no action for payment is undertaken, the reservation will be cancelled and will not be considered active.

 

Is it free to cancel a hotel reservation?
The conditions of every hotel for cancellations, amendments and no-shows are published next to each room rate in the booking system. Please, read carefully these conditions before making any reservations. All deadlines are calculated according to the Check-In date. As a general rule, the earlier the cancellation is made, the less or no charge for you. 

 

how to receive the vouchers and e-tickets?
The vouchers for hotel bookings, transfers and sightseeing as well as air tickets will be sent automatically to your e-mail address as soon as the full payment is approved. Please note, before the trip you must print each voucher and bring it with you to present it to the hotel or to other suppliers.

 

How to be sure my booking was done successfully?
If your reservation is successfully done the screen will display a message: "Your booking request has been sent successfully". Our system will send you an e-mail that contains the reservation number and a link to activate and follow the status of your booking. 
Please, do keep in mind that if you do not get an e-mail to activate your booking, probably it has been unsuccessfully made. The reasons for non-receipt of an e-mail could be:
- A wrong e-mail address (in this case, please login to My Bookings section and check if you have entered a correct email address)
- An unsuccessfully sent booking request due to poor internet connection

Who has an access to the details of my credit card?
The online payment using credit or debit cards is processed directly by the bank and the card payment providers via virtual POS terminal, and in facts does not take place on the website itself. The transaction actually is processed on a secure bank server, and the information that you send to the bank through this website is encrypted and protected by SSL technology. TOURISTIKA.BG HAS NO ACCESS TO THE DATA FROM YOUR BANK CARD!

 

In what currency i‘m able to pay?
Whatever method of payment you choose, all payments have to be made in BGN (Bulgarian levs). For EUR prices an exchange rate of EUR 1,00=BGN 1,96 is applied.

Are the prices for the services inclusive of all taxes and fees or there are additional charges?
All prices on this website for hotels, flights, transfers and sightseeing are final, there are NO additional charges or reservation fees. Also there are NO credit / debit card transaction fees.

 


If I‘VE BOOKED a transfer from the airport, but my flight is delayed, will the driver wait for me?
If your flight is delayed, the information about it will reach to the driver and he will meet you according to the new schedule. So please, fill out carefully the required fields in the booking form !

 

What kind of a transfer i‘m able to BOOK?
Through our website you can book a private transfer from the airport, railway station, hotel or port with a standard car, luxury car or minibus. For more information please look here

 

What kind of attractions and sightseeing tours I‘m able to book ?
Through the website of TOURISTIKA.BG you can book sightseeing tours, entrance tickets for museums, galleries and attractions, theme and amusement parks, scuba-diving, rafting, helicopter tours, safari tours and one-day trips to nearby cities close to your destination. What is the age of the infants?
In our booking system all children under the age of 2 years at the time of the trip are considered INFANTS.
When you make hotel bookings, please indicate the number of infants because of the option to be provided with baby cots.
When you make reservations for transfers and sightseeing there is no need to include them in the booking form.

 

Who is considered a child?
When you place a search in our booking system, please be aware that CHILDREN are considered all persons aged between 2 and 18 years.
When you make hotel or sightseeing reservations, the exact age of each of the children should be specified, so the system can return correct results. Please, be aware that the children reductions vary between different hotels and suppliers and they use different age limits. So in one hotel a 13-years old boy could be considered an adult, when in another, the same boy could be priced as a child.
Please note, that when you book transfers the exact age of the child does not matter and you should include the children in the total number of passengers.

 

What is the maximum number of guests accommodated in one room?
The maximum number of guests accommodated in a room is 4 + 2 infants.
